Shipping, Refunds, & Returns

All orders will be shipped within two business days.
Any items ordered with pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
Domestic and international order costs will be calculated at checkout.
“FREESHIP” coupon can be applied to any U.S. order of $150 or more.

We offer a 15 day return policy from the day you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return you can contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns that are simply buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind, are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Please keep in mind manufacturer defects such as small dings, dents, or tears in packaging and products are out of our control.
